Beyonce Workout Tips

The Beyonce workout for Dreamgirlz had Beyonce in the gym 6 days a week. The focus was on cardio, but also included is strength training.

A lot of women gasp at the mention of strength training, but it is a very important part of the jigsaw to looking like Beyonce. Women  think of heavy weight lifting if you say strength training, but it can be done using resistance bands as well as body weight.


To efficiently train your muscles you should split the days up to allow sufficient rest for each muscle group. I suggest sticking to 5 sets of 5 reps as this is ideal for creating toned and slim looking muscles. This part of the beyonce workout will not make your muscles big and bulky.

Select a weight you know that you can do 8 reps on, but stop short of 8 reps and instead do 5 reps. In the Beyonce workout plan, you dont want to fatigue your muscles, as this is what creates bulky muscles. You just want to focus on strength training and not going to failure, so concentrate on lifting nice and slow with proper form and contracting the targeted muscle.

  1. Monday- Chest and Back
  2. Tuesday- Arms and legs
  3. Wednesday- Cardio
  4. Thursday- Chest and Back
  5. Friday- Arms and Legs
  6. Saturday- Cardio
  7. Sunday- Rest
